race training

Stand Up Paddle Board competitions are gaining popularity and we want to get in on the fun too! While just developing, we're excited to be in such a great place and have access to flatwater and river paddling right out our back door. We also like the prospect of using competitions as motivation for training like out SUP Skills & Drills program..

whitewater sup

Because Idaho is the Whitewater State, and because we have some of the best paddling anywhere right outside Boise, SUPing rivers is a natural. Class 1 skills are very different from class 2+ skills.  The allure of running rivers on a SUP is great, but the safety concerns are huge. When you tackle whitewater rivers, safety should be the first thing to consider.
